Watershed Fund Capacity Support Reporting Form

This reporting form is for MWCC Partners who have received Watershed Fund Capacity Support. Use this form for both interim and final reports.

At MWCC, we want to build your capacity – not drain it. That’s our mission and the point of the Watershed Fund. We are also committed to demonstrating the impact this funding has in delivering on-the-ground conservation activities in your community. The goal of this form is to remain as simple and short as possible, while also giving us the ability to demonstrate your impact and the overall impact of watershed organizations statewide. We hope you find this form understandable as well as helpful in telling your story – the very important story of how cultivating your community and sustaining your organization results in meaningful and effective natural resource stewardship in your watershed.

At the bottom of this reporting form, you will find a downloadable Watershed Fund Budget Reporting Spreadsheet with two tabs: Total Project Budget and MWCC Watershed Fund Expenses. Please fill out this spreadsheet and upload it in the location indicated on this reporting form.
