Module 1: Pre-Academy Seminar: Pillars of Public Administration
This session invites participants to learn from the University of Montana’s MPA Director about the historical perspectives of public administration as an academic and practical discipline, in addition to ideas for the future.

Module 2: Punching Thru a Pandemic
This training session will discuss how customer-facing organizations such as public transit shift form emergency management to recover management through the lens of COVID-19.

Module 3: Baucus Innovation Challenge: Opportunities in a Time of Uncertainty
Watch 2-3 minute video pitches from public and nonprofit sector organizations. At the end of watching, you get to vote on the award winning innovation. Award winning team receives a $500 cash prize to take back to their organization to reinvest in their innovation.
