This 60-minute webinar will give you new ideas and inspiration from the story of an emerging network that continued to move its work for water quality forward despite the need to move everything online. ICL hosts, Joy Jackson and Dianne Russell, will interview leaders from the Southwest Pennsylvania Water Network, including:
- Matthew Barron, Senior Program Officer for Sustainability, The Heinz Endowments
- Alison De Luise, Senior Advisor, The Water Center at University of Pennsylvania
- Lydia Morin, Executive Director, CONNECT
The back-story: The network had planned in-person meetings in March intended as the next step in building new stakeholder engagement and gathering more strategic input. In the face of COVID-19, the need to cancel the meetings caused network leadership to nimbly adapt and find a virtual way to achieve the same desired outcomes. Learn how the Southwest Pennsylvania Water Network successfully garnered input for their future direction, better understood new participants’ interest in collaborating, and built relationships across a large region.
