The Clark Fork River runs right through Missoula, and every summer Missoulians grab their tubes, paddleboards and kayaks to enjoy it. However, sometimes people end up leaving things behind.
“So many things — deflated rafts, we see flip-flops and shoes, beer cans floating and beer cans at the bottom of the river, glass bottles, really tiny shards of plastic everywhere, food wrappers,” Drew Mozzer with River City Brews Rafting Tours said.
The Clark Fork Coalition and River City Brews Rafting Tours recently removed 380 pounds of trash from the Clark Fork River.
