Need-to-Know for the 2019 Missouri Headwaters Watershed Tour
Thank you to everyone who has signed up for the 2019 Missouri Headwaters Tour! Below is some information you may need if you are joining us.
A few points to remember
- Wear warm clothes and don’t forget your rain gear. Don’t forget to check the weather as you pack. Most of this tour takes place outdoors (including lunch and dinner), and we will be walking around project sites.
- Lunch and dinner are provided on the 11th and 12th.
- Make lodging reservations. You are responsible for your lodging arrangements during the tour. If you haven’t yet made reservations, visit our lodging page for more information.
If you are not carpooling with anyone during the tour, please contact Rosie Costain, as we would like to keep the cars on the tour to a minimum.
Bozeman carpool: Adam Sigler will be departing from Bozeman at 8:25 AM Wednesday in a passenger van. Meet in the northwest corner of the Walmart parking lot near the I-90 interchange on north 7th. Adam will arrive at 8:00. Please arrive no later than 8:20 for departure promptly at 8:25.
Helena carpool: Eric Trum and Mark Ockey will be departing from Helena at 8:30 AM Wednesday in two passenger vans. Meet in the north parking lot of the Metcalf Building (1520 E 6th Ave). Eric and Mark will arrive at 8:00. Please arrive no later than 8:25 for departure promptly at 8:30.
Missoula carpool: Brita Olson will be departing from Missoula at 7:40 AM Wednesday in a passenger van. Meet in the Econo Lodge parking lot (4953 N Reserve St). Brita will arrive at 7:20. Please arrive no later than 7:35 for departure promptly at 7:40.
Our schedule is included in our tour brochure – pay attention to page numbers at the bottom, as pages are out of order on this document! An internal, detailed schedule will be provided to drivers.
