The National Forest Foundation (NFF) is seeking a full-time Director, Marketing & Communications to plan and lead the execution of the NFF external marketing and communications efforts.

Duties include: Providing strategic and practical direction on marketing initiatives and cause-related marketing programs to strengthen the NFF brand with the public, donors, funders, partners, media, and others, as well as building awareness broadly about the National Forest System. Managing the creation of key messaging through NFF communications materials and channels, and will work closely with partners to leverage their ability to tell NFF stories. Occasionally represent the NFF as spokesperson at events and with media, and will ensure that external NFF communications directly support the organization’s ability to secure financial support.

As a minimum a Bachelor’s Degree with five years’ experience in marketing, communications, or a closely related field. Position location is highly preferred to be in Missoula, Montana headquarters.
