The part-time Development Coordinator helps to implement the People and Carnivores’ fundraising and outreach program, as well as some office management and operations support. Responsibilities fall in three areas: (a) Executing/implementing the annual fund calendar and its activities; (b) Database management and the processing and administration of donations and grants; and (c) Administrative assistance and support to home operations and office staff.

The ideal Development Coordinator candidate will have:
Minimum experience of 1-2 years in nonprofit fundraising administration/coordination, or related/similar experience
Strong coordination, tracking/attention to detail and accuracy, and follow through
A naturally proactive and communicative work ethic and style
A flexible schedule and availability
The job is located in Bozeman. Candidates need to be comfortable working independently, as office schedules vary even in normal times. Some of the tasks are most easily completed in the P&C office downtown, which can safely and easily be done with social distance. Working from home is also an option, especially for some portion of the duties. This is a very part-time role, from 4-10 hours per week. Hourly rate is $17-$20 depending on experience/skills.
