The Weyerhaeuser Family Foundation’s Sustainable Forests and Communities Initiative works to promote the creation of environmentally and economically sustainable forest communities in Northern California, Idaho, Minnesota, Western Montana, Oregon, Washington, and Wisconsin. The Foundation is interested in supporting organizations that work in forested landscapes to enhance the environment, the economy, and the community. Grants generally average $25,000 or less.
