Casey Gallagher

Casey Gallagher

Organization serving: Milk River Watershed Alliance

Location: Glasgow

Howdy! I’m Casey Gallagher and I moved out to Eastern MT from Andover, NJ where the Appalachian Mountains turn into the agricultural fields of Sussex County. I graduated from Siena College in Albany, NY where I gained my passion for watershed management and conservation. I enjoy many outdoor activities like mountain biking, hiking, skiing, skating on a frozen pond, and wild mushroom foraging. I came to big sky country to leave the hustle of the East Coast. Water policy is different east and west of the Mississippi and I wanted to become familiar with both sides. I’m looking forward to serving the Milk River Watershed Alliance to ensure the lifeline of the Hi-Line since I understand the agricultural importance of water from growing up in the garden state.

My name is John Lange and I am originally from Newville, PA.  I have a background in biologic systems and I’m interested in the interface between natural resource management techniques and local plant and animal communities. I am an avid hiker, mountain biker and  bird watcher.  I enjoy being immersed in the outdoors and learning about different cultures.  I’m here to make an impact on Montana watershed management and enjoy the beautiful terrain that Montana has.
